Initial Consultation

Once we’ve chatted about dates, times and services needed... we will schedule a meet and greet to go over the details, introduce ourselves, and make sure everything feels like a great fit.

Reservations

All reservations, cancellations, and edits must be submitted through the Client Portal to ensure accurate scheduling and communication.

For time-sensitive changes or urgent needs, you’re always welcome to call, text, or email us directly — but the portal remains the primary and most reliable method for managing your visits.

Access & Key System

To ensure smooth, reliable service — especially for on-demand visits or emergencies — we use a keyless entry system as our standard.

We kindly ask all clients to provide one of the following:

  • A lockbox placed on-site (We can provide if needed)

  • A coded entry point, such as a garage keypad or smart lock (A back up key on file incase of mechanical or electrical outages)

  • Or Multiple coded entry options, if no physical key is available

Using keyless or lockbox access helps us respond quickly to last-minute requests or emergencies.

Pet Visits Hours

Our standard visit hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Visits requested outside of these hours, on weekends, or during holidays will incur additional charges.

An extra $5 per visit applies to weekends and any visits before 8:00 AM or after 6:00 PM.

An additional $10 per visit applies on New Year’s Eve/Day, Easter weekend, Memorial Day, Independence Day weekend, Labor Day weekend, Thanksgiving weekend, and December 21st–26th. A $15 surcharge per visit applies on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

Payment Policy

All payments are managed securely through our Time To Pet portal. Clients can link a credit card, debit card, or bank account (ACH) for easy, automatic billing.

Booking Services

  • A valid payment method must be linked in the portal to schedule services.

  • Invoices are emailed weekly and marked due on the last day of service.

  • Any past-due invoices must be paid in full before new services can be booked.

  • Invoices over $200 require at least 50% payment by the first day of scheduled services. Service may be withheld until payment is received.

Late Fees & Enforcement

  • 14 days past due: A 20% late fee is applied and the payment method on file will be charged automatically.

  • If payment cannot be processed (due to insufficient funds or an invalid method), the account may be subject to collection or legal action, including recovery of any legal fees.

  • 30 days past due: A 50% late fee will be added to the invoice total.

Our Team

Our walkers and sitters are experienced pet lovers who genuinely care about your pets. We aim to keep visits consistent so your pets can bond with familiar faces, though occasional schedule changes may occur.

With a team-based approach, we offer more flexibility and availability than a solo sitter — and your pets benefit from trusted, caring support every time.

Cancellation Policy

We get it, stuff comes up, people get sick and sometimes you may need to cancel. We try to be as flexible as possible and in return ask we get as much notice from you as possible!

Dog Walking (Booked Weekly)

  • Cancel by 8:00 AM (same day): No charge.

  • Cancel after 8:00 AM or if we arrive for the visit: Charged in full.

Pet Sitting & Cat Sitting (Non-Holiday)

  • Cancel less than 48 hours in advance: 50% cancellation fee.

  • Cancel 3–5 days in advance: 25% cancellation fee.

  • Cancel 6+ days in advance: No cancellation fee.

  • Early returns (coming home early): Full reservation will be charged,

Holiday Periods (Thanksgiving, Christmas, July 4th, etc.)

  • Cancel 6–9 days in advance: 25% cancellation fee.

  • Cancel 10+ days in advance: No cancellation fee.

Our sitters reserve time just for your pets and often turn down other work. Last-minute cancellations can mean lost income for them and missed opportunities for our small business—especially during busy holidays. Thanks for your understanding and support.

Vaccinations and Pet I.D

All pets must wear some form of identification if they are to be let outside the house. If you chose not to put ID tags on your pet(s), you do so at your own risk.

We advise up-to-date vaccinations unless a reasonable excuse for not doing so.

Your pet may be socialized with other animals while staying out of their home or on walks. A current health record from the veterinarian must be on file with us.
